Riveracha!
Launching in summer 2023 is our newest sauce: Riveracha!
Created in collaboration with The River and Rail Restaurant, Riveracha is a mild, slightly sweet and spicy sauce made with Fresno peppers fermented with carrots and lots of fresh garlic, finished with apple cider vinegar and just a little brown sugar. We’ve been putting it on everything from breakfast items (especially good on a nice potato hash) to noodle bowls to dipping sauces. A great pairing at River and Rail with their fresh oysters and savory Americana fare, Riveracha will undoubtedly become one of your new go-to hot sauces! With both 5-ounce and new large-format 12-ounce bottles (coming soon), you’ll be able to keep your fridge well-stocked with this approachable, delicious sauce.
