Restocking early April
Inspired by a traditional brown Mexican mole, we ferment a base of chocolate habaneros and dried chilis (primarily moritas - dried red jalapenos - and anchos - dried red poblanos) to create the base. Then the fun begins! We add orange juice, filtered water, pepitas, raisins, local honey, cocoa powder, and Red Rooster Coffee’s Honduras Comsa! This coffee lends its roasty dark chocolate notes to the already smoky base as a perfect complement.
